Focusing Trainer and Practitioner


Focusing is a part of managing my mental health along with Yoga and Mindfulness. 

Focusing has helped me to become more accepting of myself and the things that happen in life.  It has transformed the way I live and I feel more in touch with who I am and what I have to offer.

I would be willing to offer one to one Focusing sessions in return for a donation the the Palestine Trauma Centre - UK (registered charity).
